How far do you shotput/discus/hammer/javelin? - discus cage

Just curious.

I am in second year high school this year and my season just ended. Our league is not (known for the disco, many schools have no cages).

Shot Put (10 lbs): 38'11 "
Discus Throw 1.6 kilograms: 87 '

Not quite good, but is quite good in our league and the first year of its introduction. My record has improved since the end of my league. I started lifting again and try to improve my strength. So, how to shoot a lot of people?
