This can be done almost on a trip to Sears! First, go to a place like Sears tunic. The generally very good, they are very sweet! And they come in many colors, too!
For my sister, go to Jewels, and I am sure they have collars sister (albeit more expensive. Re Best Bet to somwhere like Claire's) Andean department of makeup, I know they make bags! You can find the Really cute! I like the moon-ion!
